The project has leaflets available on a range of
both illegal and legal substances and these are available free of
charge to clients and carers.
Information around blood borne viruses is also
available along with 1-1 counselling both pre and post Hepatitis
screening.
The project has a vast range of interventions and
support resources available to both clients and carers. Ad-hock and
1-1 confidential appointments may be made by phone or in person.
The project also offers advice and information to
other services (tier 11); this information can also be presented in
the form of a workshop to an agency if needed.
The project’s underlying philosophy of Harm
reduction is practised through advice given at the ‘closed’ needle
exchange.
Housing Advice
Housing advice is delivered by Action Housing and
M25 who support our client group around issues from homelessness to
rent and bond schemes. Appointments are made through the project and
are often incorporated in a clients care plan (also see support and
signposting).

fortnightly on a Monday afternoon between 2pm-3:30pm. Offering
opportunities to train or gain employment as well as providing
solutions to obstacles for the client i.e. travel passes, work clothes
etc. The project also has strong links with Stainforth community job
shop.
Education
The project carries information on current courses
run by a variety of providers i.e. Doncaster college, e-construction
and Northern college as well as being able to access outreach workers
