Sheffield Drug Action Team

On behalf of all at the Sheffield Drug Action Team I would like to thank all those that work at the SCI project, in particular Scott Pilkington. Not only for the work that was carried out on our two sites but also for the friendly and relaxed atmosphere that they create, which made it a pleasure going there. The work that SCI carried out was both professional and fun to be involved with. We are all more than happy with the end result.

Scott was very patient with my lack of I.T skills and these have grown significantly since i first started going there. This isn't something that i consider to be part of his job and therefore thank him very much. I am quite sad to see the back of this project and wouldn't hesitate to recommend there work to others. I have enjoyed the time that i spent there as well as being able to get a lot of new knowledge and understanding of issues surrounding the internet.

Our sites are going to be very useful to those working in the substance misuse field, those wanting to work in the substance misuse field and of course those who's lives and loved ones are effected by substance misuse. I am positive that these will prove to be valuable sites and we owe all this to SCI. Due to funding restrictions, we wouldn't have been able to afford such a site. But thanks to the hard work and persistence that Scott put in, we hope to help a lot more people then we do at present.

I only have praise for the SCI project and all that work in it, and i hope that they can go on to help more project throughout the city.
