Just to let you know my appreciation for the many hours of work that you gave to design the web site for me. I run a small business and could not have afforded to have a web site without your facility. Now I have a new marketing tool, and its all thanks to your skill and expertise.

It was quite an eye opener for me to watch you working through so many programmes in order to fulfill the requests I made. Your patience during the whole process was phenomenal and your advice about layout extremely helpful. I feel very satisfied with the final web page - so thank you for the enormous help. 

I wish you well for the future, and hope that your managers appreciate the hard work that you do.
